  • Teacher's Instruction
    1. Teacher should create a Group email id for each group of students.
    2. Disclose the password to all the students in that group.
    3. Teachers should encourage all students to participate.
    4. Motivate the students to send an email to their teacher.
    5. Mention couple of options in terms of email providers. Other than Gmail, people can try Hotmail, Yahoo etc
    6. Ask students to think about how computers talk to each other. For eg. when we request to send email, gmail server understands that request and sends an email. For that there has to be a clear rule as to how to send that request, right? This is what is a protocol. If you have email from different provider (Google, yahoo, Hotmail etc.) this can easily be seen. How do all these different emails interwork seamlessly?
